Zappos...A Great Tool for the Senior Concierge

I have several home bound clients and getting new shoes is problematic.  You have to find a caregiver or driver to take you around to multiple shops until you find the shoe you want.  This can be very expensive and hard on everyone.

I save my clients a lot of time by using my smart phone/tablet to show them the shoes at Zappos. 

My clients are amazed at the range of options of shoes, the sizes, the widths.  There are on-line reviews and videos of the shoes being discussed by the Zappos employee.  The best part is that they can order them to be delivered to their home for free and the return is normally free too.  It makes shopping so easy.  

The senior concierge's job is to show them the options, order, and take the shoes to the post office that didn't work.  This saves your client a lot of time, money and headaches.
